1. The Writ petition is filed by seven farmers against the respondents seeking direction for payment of due amount of paddy, which was
Patna High Court CWJC No.10913 of 2017(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 sold by them to the purchase centre Narma Nawa Nagar through PACS Chairman, Gram Panchayat.

4. On the other hand, the Learned counsel for the State contended that the petitioners shall make their representation before the Registrar, Cooperative Department for redressal of their grievances. It is also noticed that, the Registrar Cooperative Department is also not made party to the Writ petition.
5. Inspite of it, this Court directs the petitioners to make appropriate representation, before the Registrar Co-operative Department within two weeks from the date of receipt of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.10913 of 2017(2) dt.07-05-2025 3/3 Order and in turn, the Registrar Co-operative Department shall consider the merits of the representation and shall pass appropriate order within two months from the date of filing of the representation.
