JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave rod blow causing head injury to injured Raj Shekhar. Injury report of injured Raj Shekhar has been incorporated by the I.O. at para-24 of the case diary which corroborates the allegation.

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

However, at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner by the competet court, this order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69233 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court and regular bail application of the petitioner shall be decided by the competent court on its own merit.
