Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Son of the informant had left the house showing that he is going alongwith co-accused-Pappu Yadav and Chhotan Yadav to enjoy a dance programme. Informant heard sound of firing and saw the dead body of his son, hence, suspected that the petitioner and Pappu Yadav had committed murder.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the
