2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Kasma P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught on stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 18.07.2023. He further submits that the petitioner is man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Rafiganj Police Station on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
