2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioners are said to have kidnapped the victim girl. The victim after recovery has said that she had gone on her own to her phua's (paternal aunt)house. Subsequently, in her statement before the Magistrate, she has said that these petitioners have kidnapped her.
4. From the aforesaid facts, the case against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66774 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 petitioners become doubtful.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/ concerned Court in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
