JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing the copy of the order dated 14th October 2015 whereby and whereunder the Additional Secretary, Government of Bihar has issued a letter to the Registrar of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (Respondent No. 4) giving direction that petitioner should be paid salary in view of the direction given in the writ application, contempt application subject to the result of the SLP. It is expected that in view of the said letter and the
Patna High Court MJC No.2292 of 2013 (9) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 order passed by this Court, the University would pay out standing dues to the petitioner preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
In failure to comply the order, the Court may take a very serious view in the matter.
