2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.593 of 2020.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR the police party raided the house of co-accused Hasrat Ali, wherefrom a motor- cycle was recovered and one boy, who was cleaning the motor- cycle, tried to flee away, but he was apprehended after a little chase. He could not produce any paper in relation to the motor- cycle. Later on, he disclosed that the said motor-cycle was stolen property and it was given by the petitioner and coaccused Nitesh Kumar for selling it.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71619 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 that there is nothing against the petitioner, except the confessional statement of co-accused. It has also been mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent. He has further submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Rahul Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5895 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.Case No. 593 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
