Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piprakothi PS Case No. 40 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered while petitioner's side was trying to kidnap the daughter of the informant for marriage purpose. He submits that the parties have entered into compromise and peace between the parties has been restored. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49620 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi PS Case No. 40 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
