Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
