2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 16.06.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 267 of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 408-C of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Court concerned for mediation between the parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
