The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No.39 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/34/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is enjoying benefit of Section 41A Cr.P.C. and the police has not submitted charge sheet till date. In view of the facts aforesaid, the instant appeal is not maintainable.
