2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52235 of 2023, due to wrong name of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.
4. In view of the matter, let the time be further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76065 of 2023(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds / surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.
5. Learned counsel further submitted that the husband name of the petitioner No. 4 Khushbu Devi vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52235 of 2023 has wrongly been typed as Niranjan Poddar @ Niranjan Kumar Poddar in place of Ramvilash Poddar.
6. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the husband name of the petitioner No. 4 Khushbu Devi be read as "Ramvilash Poddar"
7. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52235 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) atul/- U T
