2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 529 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 56(1) and 56(2) of the Bihar Mining Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in doing illegal mining.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, application for regular bail is allowed.
