2. This is an application for direction to the District Magistrate, Buxar to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner for renewal of Arms License bearing 1067/MON, for 12 Bore DBBL Gun/Rifle.
3. In view of the prayer, the District Magistrate, Buxar is directed to dispose of the representation dated 31.12.2021 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of
