1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 352, 351(2), 3/5 of B.N.S. and Section 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 67(A) of I.T. Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is that one Bittu Kumar made obscene video of the daughter of the informant and the same was shared to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2024.

4. The learned APP for the State opposes the regular

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72189 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-6-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 496 of 2024.

6. The application stands allowed.
