The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Complaint Case No.407 of 2017 registered under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P.Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the present application dispute in between the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 who are the husband and the wife has been amicably settled and accordingly, compromise petition has been filed in the court of the S.D.J.M., Arwal, on 21.01.2019 and accordingly, the petitioner and O.P.2 are living together which would appear from Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.
