The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 26.04.2018, 09.08.2018 and 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 22118 of 2018, 46025 of 2018 and 73239 of 2018 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68582 of 2018(3) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge, 14th, Muzaffarpur in connection Aurai P.S.
