The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019 registered under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., she clearly stated that she went to Ahmadabad along with the co-accused Abhishek Kumar with consent by train and solemnized marriage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61439 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 with him, as detailed in Annexure-2 to the application. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
