In such view of the matter, the word surrender would be treated to have been incorporated therein and the petitioner would surrender before the court below within four weeks from today.
Accordingly, the period for surrender is extended by four weeks from today. The orders dated 27.03.2019, 06.11.2019 and 20.11.2019 are modified to the aforesaid extent. After verification, if it is found that the entire money i.e. Rs.18,00,000/- (eighteen lakhs) has been deposited by the

No.59272 of 2019(4) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 husband of the petitioner No.2, in such circumstance, the petitioners will be treated to have been enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.466 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
