2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 75(2),76,351(3), 352,3(5) of the BNS and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to abduct the minor daughter of the informant and when objected by a lady he left the daughter and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

He further submits that the victim has refused her medical examination and the injury of the informant is simple in nature. Both the parties are co-villagers. Petitioner is a young boy of 20 years having clean antecedent. Charge-sheet has already submitted and there is no likelihood of absconding him or tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2025. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the present case.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State haves opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned below, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with POCSO Case No. 69 of 2025, read with Islampur P.S.
