2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 447, 448, 380, 427, 504, 354, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Dian) Practices Act registered in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 658 of 2015.

3. At the very outset, learned APP points out that the F.I.R. was instituted as far back as in the year 2015 and nothing has been brought on record to show the apprehension of arrest now being faced by the petitioners.

5. Having regard to the submission of learned APP, this Court is not inclined to consider grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
