Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 372 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the open field near the hut of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
