The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.502 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is about irregularity in payment of renovation and filling of soil of the Koshi Canal. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is an Account Officer and he does not not prepare bill rather it is the work of the Junior Engineer and to be checked by the other Engineers and the several other accused persons have been granted privilege of the anticipatory bail, vide order dated 4.1.2019 passed in Cr. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, the date of order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.502 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation of the case, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
