====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2024 Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Ram Tujabh Singh, learned counsel for the Union of India.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated candidates who had

Patna High Court CWJC No.19520 of 2012(6) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 applied pursuant to the advertisement dated 05.02.2011 for recruitment of Constable (GD) in Central Government Forces have been given liberty by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22888 of 2012 that "if on review the petitioner is found medically fit, his case for appointment would only be considered if the vacancy against respective category, he applied still exists, as the selection was for the year 2011-12".

3. Considering the aforesaid submission and specific direction of this Court vide order dated 01.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22888 of 2012 passed in respect of advertisement dated 05.02.2011, the petitioners may also approach the appropriate authority who will decide the matter in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22888 of 2012 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
