The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Kishanganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 4/6 of POCSO Act.

The allegation is regarding one Zulfikar Alam having abducted the victim girl and raped her repeatedly. However, when the family members of the petitioner had gone to the house of the said Zulfikar Alam for impressing upon him to marry the victim girl, the accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have assaulted them. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no complicity in the matter and in fact he is

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 24.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S.
