JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2024 The present petition has been preferred for quashing the selection of private Respondent No. 9 and directing the Respondent-authorities to select the petitioner for the post of Panchayat Teacher under Parthu Panchayat of Ekangar Sarai, Nalanda under the Central Government Scheme known as Serva Siksha Abhiyan as the petitioner has got better marks than the Respondent No.9.

2. In view of the nature of prayer made in the present petition, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9030 of 2017(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 District Appellate Authority, Nalanda. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same on its own merit and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a reasonable time frame.

3. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
