2. This writ application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.9514 of 2012(13) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 29.04.2011 passed by the learned Additional Munsif-IV, Jehanabad in Title Suit No. 75 of 2003.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application and prayed to dispose of this matter accordingly.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. This writ application is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

6. The stay of proceeding in Title Suit No. 75 of 2003 granted by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2013 stands vacated.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the Title Suit No. 75 of 2003 and shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
