====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he attacked informant by a knift due to which informant sustained deep injury but from the injury report it appeared that the injury is simple and caused by hard and blunt substance not by a knife. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the injury is simple and caused by hard and blunt surface, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be

No.62087 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj, in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019.
