2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201 registered in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case N. 139 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners, who are mother-inlaw and married sister-in-law of the deceased, have been falsely implicated and in any event, there is no material to connect the practitioners with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased has already been taken into custody. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
