2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that pension and gratuity have been authorized and the same has been communicated to the Treasury Officer, Gopalganj, but the Treasury Officer has deliberately not credited the same into the account of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the Treasury Officer, Gopalganj is directed to forthwith credit the amount on account of pension and gratuity to the petitioner as per the authority slip issued in favour of the petitioner on 13.04.2017. If the Treasury Officer, Gopalganj commits any further delay then the petitioner is at liberty to take any legal action against him for deliberately taking step over the pension payment order.
4. With the above observations and directions the present writ petition stands disposed of.
