That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ(s), order(s) or direction Commanding the Respondents to act upon Letter No.412 dated 07.04.2021 Annexure P-4 issued by

Patna High Court CWJC No.15373 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sitamarhi Sadar and its consequential Letter No 367 dated 12.04.2021 Annexure P-5 issued by Circle Officer, Reega to SHO Officer-in-charge, Reega Police-Station, Sitamarhi, whereby and Whereunder it has been requested to provide Police Force for construction of boundary wall of the Petitioner situated at Khata No- 488, Khesra No.-788, Khesra No. 1765, measuring an area 0.04 decimal and Khesra No.- 1765, measuring an area 0.02 decimal (Total 6 decimal) Land purchased by the Petitioner by two separate registered deed and further be pleased to provide security and Protection to the Life and Properties of the Petitioner and his family members."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
