JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2025 The instant writ application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For directing the respondent authorities to conduct the measurement/ demarcation of the land of the petitioner, for which the fulfilled all the requisites. but for reasons best known, the respondent authorities are not conducting the measurement/demarcation of the land of the petitioner: II. For directing the respondent authorities to ensure the fair measurement/demarcation of the land of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No. 278, Khesra No. 1331 and Area 128.154 Decimal, situated in Mauja-Senduar, Thana No.139, PS Ekma. District Saran, within a reasonable time. III. For any other relief or reliefs in favour of the

2. Mr. Satyam Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Dhuvendra Kumar, learned counsel for the State-respondents are present and they are heard.

The main issue raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that the measurement/demarcation of the petitioner's claimed land is not being done by the Anchal Amin, Saroj Kumar Sharma despite a direction having been given to him by the Circle Officer, Ekma. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the said Anchal Amin had visited over the petitioner's land twice but even then he did not take step to measure the petitioner's land and thereafter, the petitioner filed representations before the Circle Officer as well as District Magistrate/Collector raising his grievance and in this regard annexure-4 & 4/1 have been filed with this petition. It is further submitted that the District Magistrate Saran at chapra has not taken any action against the Anchal Amin despite the lapse of two months after the filing of petitioner's representation, due to which the petitioner has come before this Court for redressal of such a little issue as the petitioner has no any other option for getting relief.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.15605 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 3/3 Magistrate, Chapra is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate legal action for redressing the petitioner's aforesaid issue within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, with aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
