1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, the present petition is for issuance of writ/ writs in nature of MANDAMUS for commanding and directing the respondent authorities for counting their services from the date of initial appointment under Board/Corporation, pay protections and grant of consequential benefits including monetary benefits i.e., difference of pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.16649 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 after final calculation of last pay in terms of benefit provided to others, who are identical, similarly situated and juniors and additionally in terms of resolution of Finance Department vide Memo No. 2110 Patna dated 11.03.2022 in compliance of judicial order-dated 27.04.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 4892 of 2015 by way of extending the benefits to others and dependent upon same and similar facts, circumstances and decision of the State Govt. dealing much less same issue of deputation in Govt. service in shape of rehabilitation of defunct Board/Corporation and for other necessary relief/ reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
