2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.01.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 77957 of 2023 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

3. Trial Court report reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence and till date, out of five prosecution witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2023, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which, the
