JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 dated 05.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no incriminating recovery from him.

It further appears that the petitioner was remanded in the present case from Bidupur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 which was lodged under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter he has been made accused in two other cases. In all the cases which have been listed in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, the petitioner is on bail.

In the present case, the petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72330 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 since 15.06.2019.

Considering the aforestated facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019.
