Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 308, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
