ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019 in connection with P.R. No. 135 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6533 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he had been merely intercepted by the raiding party and taken into custody. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
