The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 421 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the occurrence took place on 25.05.2019 whereas the F.I.R. was lodged on 08.06.2019 just to harass the petitioner. The petitioner has never demanded any dowry from the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 421 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
