2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Informant suspects that on the instruction of this petitioner and co-accused Harkhit Gope, co-accused Guddu Gope killed father of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is the specific case of the informant that co-accused Guddu Gope fired upon father of the informant. There is no specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner and only suspicion has been raised against her because of old enmity. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
