2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 .
3 . FIR was lodged against unknown for murder of the informant's father.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other material against the petitioner to show his involvement in the alleged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68626 of 2025(3) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 occurrence . Similarly situated co-accused Sonu Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16123 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2025.
5 . Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Gaya in connection with Dobhi P.S.
