1. Heard the Learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"I. To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent (Power Grid Corporation of India) to pay and disburse to the Petitioner for causing heavy loss in economical terms which damaging of fructifying matured Mangoes Trees and other trees and land rendering standing
2/4 cash crops every year.
II. To direct the respondents to assess damages at the rate of present market values and pay the compensation there of which appears to be tune of Rs. in Lacs-Crores III. To direct the respondent to not harass the Petitioner even after issuing Yellow receipt against the trees damaged due to extension network of Power Grid Corporation of India (Herein after in short "Corporation") by not paying the appropriate amount of compensation with interest.
IV. To grant interest over the delayed period in making payment of compensation.
V. To grant any other relief for which Petitioner is legally entitled to have."
3. The Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as the quantum of compensation amount of Rs.
1,43,467/- was paid to the petitioner through NEFT dated 7.12.2017 (AnnexureR/B) and transferred in his account. Hence, this writ petition is fit to be dismissed.

4. However, Learned counsel for the respondents contended that since this matter is squarely covered under the order dated 26.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 17625 of 2016 (Lalmuni Devi Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) by this Court in which this Court has passed the order in light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited vs Century Textiles & Industries Ltd & Ors. reported in 2017(2) PLJR (SC) 152, this writ petition may also be disposed of on the same terms and conditions.
5. After perusal of the aforesaid judgment, the Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate application for compensation before the appropriate authority.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment passed in CWJC No. 17625 of 2016 (supra) in light of the judgment
4/4 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (supra) with liberty to the petitioner to seek necessary compensation by approaching the concerned Civil Court and in case, any such petition is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the same shall be examined and considered on merits by the appropriate court and shall be disposed of expeditiously.
7. The delay, if any, shall be condoned by the concerned Court.
8. With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
9. Interlocutory Application, if any, shall stands disposed of.
