The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
