The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No.93 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has specifically stated that she solemnized marriage with co-accused Nitish Kumar on her own will as is evident from Annexure 2.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66633 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S.
