2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 56215 of 2022, which stood dismissed vide order dated 08.08.2023 due to non-prosecution, as no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of reasons assigned in the application, this restoration application is allowed, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the Patna High Court Legal Service Committee.
