No. 2 of 2022 The instant interlocutory application has been filed by the appellants for seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the First Appeal No. 75 of 2017 in which the instant I.A. has been filed.

2. It is submitted by the appellants' counsel that with the passage of time the appellants have sorted out the issues with the respondents and in the present time, they do not want to proceed with this appeal, hence, they want to withdraw the appeal. It is further submitted that the instant I.A. has been filed with support of an affidavit.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no opposition to the aforesaid prayer made by appellants' counsel.

4. Considering the appellants' above prayer, this Court permits the appellants to withdraw the present appeal (F.A. No. 75 of 2017). Accordingly, the instant First Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn and the I.A. No. 2 of 2022 is allowed. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U
