2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the Administrator of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (respondent no.2) in the light of several orders of this Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.13026 of 2012(4) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 annexed as Annexure '1' (series) to the writ petition.
3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as a Conductor on 12.04.1974 in the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (hereinafter to be referred as the 'Corporation'). He was granted First Time Bound Promotion w.e.f. 12.04.1984 and he has claimed for the Second Time Bound Promotion after completion of 25 years of service being entitled w.e.f. 25.04.1999. The petitioner retired on 30.06.2008 as the Conductor from Bankipur Depot under the Patna Division and the State Government has denied the benefit of Time Bound Promotion to him in the light of Finance Department Resolution No.660 dated 08.02.1999 w.e.f. 01.01.1996, communicating that the grant of Time Bound Promotion has been stopped w.e.f. 01.01.1996.
4. If the petitioner files a detail representation before the Administrator of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (Respondent No.2), he is at liberty to dispose of the same.
5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
