JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modifying the name of the petitioner, as has been depicted in the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 3708 of 2019 inasmuch as it is the averment of the petitioner that though the alias name of the petitioner is Seeta Kumari but the same had inadvertently been omitted to be mentioned in the writ petition. The aforesaid contention of the petitioner is noted and the respondents may proceed ahead in the matter, in accordance with law. It is further directed that the petitioner may file appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 2

Patna High Court MJC No.3837 of 2019(3) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
