This application has been filed for direction for expeditious disposal of title suit No. 351 / 2010 pending before the learned Sub-Judge I, Patna City, Patna.

A report from the trial Court was called for regarding the present stage of the trial and as per the report of the trial Court, in the Title Suit No. 351 /2010, the record is pending for hearing on a petition under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 C.P.C. and the petition under Order 12 Rule 6 C.P.C. filed by the plaintiff.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.810 of 2022(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 the petitions are pending since long which requires early disposal and prayed to dispose of this Miscellaneous application with direction for expeditious disposal of the case. In view of the above, the learned Court below is directed to expedite the disposal of the said applications and the trial of the pending Title Suit No. 351 / 2010 . This Miscellaneous Application is disposed of accordingly.
