Petitioners are accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 237 of 2017 arising out of Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Shivnath Pandit and Mithilesh Pandit @ Mithlesh Pandit have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 52320 of 2016. It is also submitted that charge has been framed and petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.30016 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-III, Gopalganj in connection with Sessions Trial No. 237 of 2017 arising out of Sidhwalia P.S.
