The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudra P. S. Case No. 369 of 2018 dated 28.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are related to each other and the informant of the present case is the son-in-law of petitioner no. 1. From the nature of allegation levelled in the F.I.R., there appears to be a domestic dispute between the informant and his wife who is the daughter of petitioner no.

1. The F.I.R. states that even though the informant is ready

No.71070 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 to keep his wife in the matrimonial fold, ignoring her philandrous ways, the petitioners and others came to his house and assaulted him and others. The allegations, it has been stated, is absurd and vague as well. The present case appears to be an offshoot of the domestic dispute between the informant and his wife.

Considering the aforesaid facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Kudra P. S. Case No. 369 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
